D4 Diesel, often referred to as Light Cycle Oil (LCO), is a middle distillate product from fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) units. It is primarily used as a blending component to produce automotive diesel and heating oil. LCO has higher density and aromatic content than straight-run diesel.
