The Charter of the Eurabelt Custodial Order
What the Order is for, how it decides, and what it will never do.
The petroleum trade moves on documents, and a document is only as good as the proof behind it. The Eurabelt Custodial Order exists so that the proof can be checked — by the parties, by their banks and by anyone they show it to — against the record that issued it.
-
Purpose
Eurabelt Fuels Ltd provides verification and compliance infrastructure for petroleum procurement. Buyers and sellers are verified, onboarded and then matched with verified counterparties.
It is not a trading house. It does not buy, sell, store, transport, broker or distribute petroleum products, and it needs no offices to do its work: it is a system that verifies information and documents.
-
Custodianship
Eurabelt Fuels Ltd holds that system in custody. Its Custodians observe, verify and escalate. They never negotiate, never hold funds and never hold cargo.
The parties make their own decisions and run their transactions with their own teams; the Custodian keeps watch that each stage is done in order. The parties transact; Eurabelt verifies.
-
Determination
Every determination is generated by the system against documents and published policy. It is not discretionary: no individual can pass a counterparty the system has failed, or fail one it has passed. Where a check cannot be completed, the matter is escalated — it is not settled by preference.
-
Continuity
Onboard once. Verified continuously. A party is examined in full when it is onboarded; from then on its standing is kept under verification rather than taken on trust, and every engagement builds on the same record.
-
Confidentiality and transparency
Commercial information entrusted to the system is held in confidence. Compliance status is not: certificates, codes and registrations can be checked openly, and a check discloses status — never the commercial content behind it.
-
Accountability and reach
Registration establishes accountability; representation establishes reach. The Order is registered in the United Kingdom, Canada, Trinidad & Tobago and South Africa — each entity on its national register, and registered in the NATO Codification System (NCAGE) in all four nations.
It is represented, through representatives onboard, in the United States, Barbados, West Africa (Ghana and Nigeria), Central Africa (Cameroon), India, the Middle East and Asia.
-
Authority
Only the people listed on the Order's leadership register speak for it. A person who is not listed is not part of the company and has no authority to use its name. Impersonation is reported to compliance@eurabeltfuels.com.
-
The hundred-year horizon
The Order was founded in 2024 and is built for a century: MMXXIV to MMCXXIV. It is governed for the institution that must still stand at the end of that span, not for the cycle of a single market.
