Version 1.0
Email Information Service Notice
Effective 8 October 2026 · Issued by Eurabelt Fuels Ltd, company 16639303, England and Wales
1The service
Many pages of eurabeltfuels.uk carry an “Email this to me” button. You enter your own e-mail address, choose what you would like to receive and confirm. One message is sent to that address. That is the whole service: there is no subscription, no account and no follow-up.
2What can be sent
Each message has fixed content prepared by Eurabelt, always with links to the official Eurabelt sites:
| Choice | Contents |
|---|---|
| The Eurabelt directory | Every platform, what it is for, who may use it, and the links to go there. |
| How to join Eurabelt | The four tiers, who may join, what is checked, and the link to request access on Global Statistics. |
| How to verify a Eurabelt document | Every certificate, code and registration and where to check it. |
| Following Eurabelt intelligence | Statistics, rankings, prices, publications, feeds and the newsletter. |
| The master document register | Every term and policy across the Eurabelt sites, with links. |
| This page | The title and link of the page of eurabeltfuels.uk you were reading. |
Nothing you type, other than your address, is placed in the message — only the address of a page on eurabeltfuels.uk, which is checked before it is used. Messages carry no attachments.
3Who sends it, and where replies go
Messages are sent from custodian@eurabeltfuels.com under the name “Eurabelt Fuels — The Custodial Order”, in the Eurabelt house style with the seal.
If you reply, your reply goes to stats@eurabeltfuels.com, the address of Eurabelt Fuels Global Statistics — the structural home of the Eurabelt system, where membership and the Eurabelt tools are held.
4Your address
- Your address is used once, to send the message you asked for. It is not stored.
- No mailing list is created, and you will receive no marketing as a result of using the service.
- To prevent misuse, the server keeps a one-way hash of your address and of your network address with the times of the requests, used only to apply the limits below. These records are disregarded after 24 hours.
- The message passes through Eurabelt’s e-mail provider in the ordinary way to reach you.
The lawful basis is your request and consent, given by ticking the box on the form. See the Privacy and Cookie Notice (EBF-DOC-003).
5Limits and safeguards
To keep the service from being used to send unwanted mail, it currently allows:
- no more than three messages to the same address in 24 hours;
- no more than six requests from the same network address in an hour;
- an overall daily limit for the whole service.
Each form is signed and expires after two hours, carries a hidden field that automated programs fill in, and requires the consent box to be ticked. Eurabelt may change these limits to protect the service.
6If you did not ask for a message
If you receive a message from this service that you did not request, someone entered your address. You need do nothing: no further message will follow and your address has not been kept. If it happens repeatedly, please tell compliance@eurabeltfuels.eu.
7Recognising a genuine message
A genuine message from this service comes from custodian@eurabeltfuels.com, contains only links to Eurabelt sites, has no attachments, and never asks for payment, passwords, authenticator codes or documents. See the Communications Authenticity Notice (EBF-DOC-004).
8The newsletter is separate
Eurabelt Publications, the newsletter, is a separate service held by Eurabelt Fuels Global Statistics. It is confirmed by e-mail from stats@eurabeltfuels.com, can be cancelled with one click from any edition, and is governed by the Global Statistics Privacy and Cookie Notice (EBF-DOC-102). You can sign up in the Newsroom.
