Version 1.0
Sharing, Linking and Brand Use Policy
Effective 8 October 2026 · Issued by Eurabelt Fuels Ltd, company 16639303, England and Wales
2How sharing works on this site
The sharing buttons are plain links to each network’s own sharing page; no script or content from those networks is loaded until you choose one. “Copy link” copies the address of the page. The WeChat code is drawn in your browser from the page address. See the Privacy and Cookie Notice (EBF-DOC-003).
3Quoting and reproducing
You may quote the pages and documents of the Order with attribution to “Eurabelt Fuels Ltd, eurabeltfuels.uk”. You may print or save a document, or reproduce it in full for reference, provided you do not alter it and you show its register number, version and source. You may not present an altered text as a Eurabelt document.
4The name and the seal
The name Eurabelt, the name of the Eurabelt Custodial Order, the motto “Unity · Secrecy · Custodianship” and the seal of the Order belong to Eurabelt Fuels Ltd.
The seal images in the press kit may be used to illustrate factual reporting or commentary about Eurabelt, provided they are reproduced whole and unaltered — not recoloured, cropped, distorted, animated or combined with other marks — and with clear space around them.
5What is not permitted
No one may use the Eurabelt name, the name of the Order or the seal in a way that suggests that Eurabelt endorses, approves, certifies, partners with, employs, represents or has authorised them, their products or their transactions, unless that is true and can be checked. In particular, the name and the seal may not be used:
- on letterheads, offers, letters of intent, procurement documents, mandates, certificates or e-mail signatures;
- in domain names, e-mail addresses, social media accounts or profile names;
- to describe a party, product or document as “verified”, “approved” or “certified” by Eurabelt, unless a current Eurabelt certificate or code confirms it and its number is given so that it can be checked;
- by framing or copying Eurabelt pages so that they appear to belong to another site.
6Certificate and code holders
A party that holds a current Eurabelt certificate or code may state that fact accurately, giving the number so that anyone can check it at the Verification Centre. A certificate records what was checked and when; it is not an endorsement of the holder’s business. The rules of each platform for its own certificates, codes and seals apply as well — for example the Brand & Seal Use policy of the EBRICS Registry (EBF-DOC-411).
7Impersonation
Presenting oneself as Eurabelt, as a Custodian or as a representative of Eurabelt without being listed on leadership.eurabeltfuels.com is impersonation. Eurabelt reports impersonation to e-mail providers, domain registrars, platforms and the authorities, and reserves the right to take legal action.
8Permissions and reports
For any use of the name or the seal not covered by this policy, ask in writing first, at info@eurabeltfuels.com. Report misuse or impersonation to compliance@eurabeltfuels.eu.
