Version 1.0
Communications Authenticity Notice
Effective 8 October 2026 · Issued by Eurabelt Fuels Ltd, company 16639303, England and Wales
1Why this notice exists
Cross-border petroleum trade attracts impersonation: messages, offers and documents that use a real company’s name to win trust. This notice sets out how Eurabelt Fuels Ltd and the Eurabelt Custodial Order communicate, so that anyone can tell a genuine message from a false one.
A message that does not meet every rule below does not come from Eurabelt, whatever it says.
2Company addresses only
Eurabelt corresponds only from company mailboxes on its own domains. Its websites run on eurabeltfuels.uk, eurabeltfuels.com, eurabeltfuels.eu and eurabeltfuels.ca and on the sub-domains listed in the Ecosystem directory. Its e-mail comes from addresses ending in @eurabeltfuels.com or @eurabeltfuels.eu.
The company mailboxes are:
| Address | Used for |
|---|---|
compliance@eurabeltfuels.eu | Official system compliance; reports of impersonation and fraud |
compliance@eurabeltfuels.com | Compliance |
stats@eurabeltfuels.com | Eurabelt Fuels Global Statistics: account confirmations, the newsletter, replies to information messages |
custodian@eurabeltfuels.com | Messages you ask for with “Email this to me” on eurabeltfuels.uk |
enquiry@, info@, inquiries@, procurement@, secretary@, security@, training@, admin@ — all @eurabeltfuels.com | Company correspondence |
Custodians and representatives write from a personal company mailbox in the form firstname.lastname@eurabeltfuels.com. The name in that address must belong to a person listed on the leadership register.
3Listed people only
Every Custodian and representative of Eurabelt is listed on leadership.eurabeltfuels.com, also shown on the Leadership page of this site. If a person is not listed there, they are not part of the company and have no authority to use its name — whatever title, letterhead or document they show.
4What Eurabelt never does
- Eurabelt never conducts business from free or personal e-mail services such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail or Outlook.com. Any message claiming to represent Eurabelt from such an address is fraudulent.
- Eurabelt never asks for a fee, deposit or “contribution” for onboarding, sanctions screening, registration or verification.
- Eurabelt never asks for payment to a personal account. All financial transactions must be made through approved bank-to-bank channels.
- Eurabelt never asks for your passwords or authenticator codes. Global Statistics accounts use authenticator apps and have no passwords.
- Eurabelt does not engage intermediaries or agents outside its published structure.
5How to check a message
- Read the full sender address, not only the display name. It must end exactly in
@eurabeltfuels.comor@eurabeltfuels.eu. Look for added letters, hyphens, swapped characters or a different ending. - Find the person on leadership.eurabeltfuels.com. Check that the role they claim matches the role listed.
- Check every document at the Verification Centre: certificates, EBRICS codes, agreements and documents prepared by Eurabelt can all be checked there, free of charge. Use the number printed on the document — never only a link or QR code supplied with it.
- Check where links lead. Genuine links go to the Eurabelt sites listed in the Ecosystem directory.
- Check the company on the official registers from the Credentials page.
- If in doubt, ask separately. Do not reply to the message. Write a new message to compliance@eurabeltfuels.eu and ask.
6How to report
Report any suspected impersonation, false document or request for payment to compliance@eurabeltfuels.eu. Please forward the message as an attachment or include the full sender address, the date, any documents and any account details given. Do not pay and do not send further information to the sender.
Eurabelt may pass reports to e-mail providers, domain registrars and the authorities. You may also report to the police in your country; in the United Kingdom, fraud can be reported to Action Fraud.
